See what’s includedBrand Strategy
Purpose, mission, vision, values with observable behaviours, audience, value proposition, positioning, personality, narrative and proportionate governance guidance.
See what’s includedFocused strategic foundation
Need only mission, vision and values?
Brand Strategy treats purpose, mission and vision as separate elements and includes values with defined behaviours. When only mission, vision and values are unresolved and your audience and positioning are already clear, I can scope a focused bespoke engagement to create or refine them.
Optional deeper application
Need a fuller brand application and governance system?
Brand Strategy includes proportionate application, ownership and review guidance. The add-on develops detailed touchpoint principles, decision rights, supplier briefing guidance, alignment indicators and a review cadence.
How the scope escalates
Each step adds more analysis, development and responsibility.
The fee increases as the decision widens, more evidence must be assessed and the deliverable moves from guidance to newly developed strategy.
Positioning Workbook
A self-guided process with no personalised assessment, research or bespoke recommendation.
Positioning Statement Review
A professional assessment and refinement of one existing statement. It does not create the underlying positioning or a wider messaging system.
Focused advice and diagnostics
The Focus Consultation, Strategic Draft Review and Brand Clarity Audit resolve one defined question, review existing work or diagnose a wider clarity issue.
Competitor Landscape Review
A deeper comparison of up to five relevant competitors, alternatives or substitutes, translated into implications for a defined business decision.
Audience Segmentation & Targeting
A structured audience decision using available customer and market evidence, with priority segments and downstream implications.
Bespoke strategy
Brand Positioning, Marketing Strategy and Brand Strategy develop new strategic foundations. Scope rises with the number of markets, audiences, offers, stakeholders and research requirements.

What each one asks of you.
Every brief is the same shape; only its length changes with the depth of the work. This is what you are committing to before you commit to anything else. Your answers are kept in your own browser as you go, so a brief can be finished later.

Before you enquire
Know what is included before you enquire.
Ask Clara to identify the right next step.
Does Marketing Strategy include audience segmentation?
It includes the segmentation and targeting needed to build the plan. Choose Audience Segmentation & Targeting when deciding which customer groups to prioritise is the main strategic problem in its own right.
Does Brand Positioning include competitor analysis?
It includes the proportionate competitor context needed to develop the value proposition and position. Choose the Competitor Landscape Review when competitor evidence is the main decision and you need a deeper standalone comparison.
How are engagements delivered?
Everything is document-led and delivered remotely through structured briefs, written consultation and shared project materials.
Do you work with pre-launch businesses?
Yes. Positioning, naming and tone of voice are especially valuable before launch.
Can I commission mission, vision and values without a full Brand Strategy?
Yes. They are included in Brand Strategy, but I can scope a focused bespoke engagement when the audience and positioning are already clear. Values work includes defined behaviours, and the fee depends on whether the work involves refinement, new development, stakeholder alignment or application guidance.
Do you provide visual design or day-to-day execution?
No. This is a pure strategy practice. The deliverable is the strategic foundation and blueprint.
How quickly will I hear back?
I reply personally, usually within one to two working days, Monday to Friday.
Can I follow project progress?
Yes. Current clients receive private access to a client area showing the engagement stage, updates and completed deliverables.
